How we estimate
Why is the estimate a range?
Every site is different. The top of the range covers typical surprises like wet clay, tight access or extra hauling. The bottom shows what a straightforward job could cost.
What is included?
Equipment, operator, delivering the machine to your site and the materials listed for each service. GST is extra. Permits, engineering and surveying are not included.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Moving equipment to a site has a fixed cost, so jobs start at $1,500 before GST.
